We collect some information when the user, the owner of the personal data, accesses our site or uses the forms in the sections of the site. This information is important in order to maintain an open channel of communication, with agile and precise responses to the user.

It is collected directly when the user uses the following means:

- Forms: when you contact us through the website, we will collect some personal data, such as your name, e-mail address and contact telephone number. When you fill in the form, we may contact you to collect additional information necessary to fulfill your request.
- Location and navigation information: Depending on the services used on our website and the settings of your smartphone, we may collect your precise or approximate location using GPS data, IP address or WiFi.

We keep your data for as long as is necessary to provide our services, send you proposals, offers or newsletters and publicize our partnerships. If we are unsuccessful in forwarding your e-mail, your data remains stored on database servers with firewall protection systems until the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved.

And indirectly, data is collected automatically through browsing cookies, third-party tools such as Google Analytics and similar, or third-party plug-ins that work from the user's own browser.

Cookies are dealt with in a separate topic in our Policy and we hereby inform you that the user has the right to restrict access to cookies or browse anonymously by configuring their browser themselves. However, we do not rule out the possibility that this option may lead to inconsistencies in the functionality of the website or blog, resulting in unsatisfactory browsing.

Plug-ins are usually attached to the website or blog developed using WIX technology. It is not possible to identify the user who holds the data, due to the privacy protection characteristics of the internet. Data is collected automatically through an anonymous user code, access IP, type of device used for browsing, date and time of browsing, country of origin and other general information, in order to process it in site analysis reports.

In addition, search engines (e.g. Google) and social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram or similar) may provide plug-in style tools that connect to the website to generate information via cookies and display related advertisements. The fact that the user is impacted by advertisements referring to the same products or services does not mean identification.


Personal data, as defined by law, which is processed as a result of the direct provision by the user, the data subject, enables agile and effective communication with us, always seeking the best service in the shortest possible time and improving the experience and enjoyment of the various services offered by our company.


We use the information collected for specific purposes which include providing services, speeding up communication and publicizing events and partnerships made by our company and sending newsletters and e-mail marketing to registered users, as a result of the data being provided with consent.

We do not process data related to crimes, criminal organizations or terrorists. Personal data sent by minors under the age of 18 is also not processed without the consent of the person responsible. Any such data that reaches our database will be deleted immediately.


With the exception of cookies, which you can find in the specific section, we do not share your data with third parties, except for our information storage partners (server owners) or in the event of a legal obligation/determination. Any changes to this pattern will always be transparent and for specific purposes that have been previously communicated to you.

However, for the purposes of sending newsletters or commercial contact, activities mentioned above, we may insert data collected in triggering tools (e.g. Dinamize, SharpSpring or similar) that we may adopt for the same purpose.

In addition, the website and tools are hosted in data centers outside Brazil, with global providers of this type of service.

Remember that when you use a link to go from our site to another site or request a third-party service, our Policy no longer applies. Your browsing and interaction on any other website or your dealings with any other third-party service provider are subject to the rules and policies of the third-party service provider itself or the site itself. We do not monitor, control or endorse the information collection or privacy practices of third parties.


We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy practices of all websites you visit or the third-party service provider you deal with and to contact them if you have any questions about their respective privacy policies and practices. This Policy applies solely to information collected by us through our website or services and does not apply to such third party websites and third party service providers.


You can always request confirmation of the processing of your data, the correction or removal/deletion of your data and personal information, report any misuse or exercise any right provided for in Law no. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law) by contacting  The deadline for a response is up to two (2) working days.

In the event of legal or regulatory obligations, the protection of possible future legal actions or for the maintenance and continuation of the services offered, your personal data will not be deleted, and the processing will be maintained in accordance with these legal bases and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and other complementary documents.

The user agrees that the collection, storage, use and sharing of personal data has been carried out in perfect accordance with the legal bases provided for in articles 7 and 11 of Law no. 13.709/20018, having given informed, free, unequivocal and specific consent of the data that may be processed, and that the principles of purpose, adequacy, necessity, free access, quality, transparency, security, prevention and non-discrimination have been observed (art. 6, Law no. 13.709/20018).


We are always concerned about the security of our clients and the users of our website. Our information is stored on the servers of companies that are equally concerned about security, with redundancy and cloud storage, and are equipped with high technology and information protection.

Only authorized persons have access to the personal data we process, guaranteeing the privacy of data subjects at all times.

All the technology available will never be enough to prevent 100% of attacks or unauthorized access. In the unlikely event of a leak or breach of the privacy of your data, we will notify you in reasonable time of the data affected and all the measures we have taken to remedy any damage.



Our website uses cookies(*) ranging from PHP to those provided by Google Analytics to track interactions with the visitor, and may store information such as the time the current visit took place, whether the visitor has been to the site before or whether there was any indication to access our site.

*Cookie: a file placed on your computer to track movements within the site, such as page visits and advertisements. Cookies do not store personal information unless you have provided it and do not collect information recorded on your computer.

Browsers do not share their cookies between domains.

We also use the Google Analytics tool to evaluate the audience of our website and constantly improve the content offered to our users and customers. This tool has its own General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by clicking on the link above.

In addition, we use PHP cookies by default, created as a unique user session identifier, used to identify whether a user returns to our site and/or by what means they were directed to our site.

We also do not rule out the creation of cookies indirectly due to third-party services made available through our website, to automatically collect general browsing information, in order to improve and add more value to the user experience on our website.

You can opt out of the use of cookies at any time by disabling the relevant function in your browser, knowing that by doing so, the services provided to the user may not be fully functional.


We may, at any time and from time to time if necessary, amend this privacy policy to take account of changes in legislation, regulatory requirements or operational needs. If the change is significant, the two versions (old and updated) will be available on the website for comparison.
